Epoch is operated by Volveth LLC. This page explains how to delete your Epoch account and the personal data associated with it.
Your matches are removed immediately and your profile becomes invisible right away. Your account and all associated data — including messages, photos, and profile — are permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period. If you sign back in within 30 days, your account is restored; after 30 days the deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
If you can't access the app, email privacy@epoch.date from the email address on your Epoch account (or tell us the email you used) with the subject “Delete my account.” We'll verify your identity and process the deletion.
We may retain limited information where the law requires it or for legitimate safety purposes — for example, records related to safety reports or child-safety obligations, and information needed to comply with legal requirements, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Any retained data is kept only as long as necessary. See our Privacy Policy for details.
